Nursing leaders need to be equipped with the professional competency that can assist them influence the other team players towards identifying and mitigating healthcare concerns in the society. Increasing accountability through collaborative activity is very essential towards ensuring the experts have the required proficiency for them to handle the apparent healthcare issues in a competitive way (RN, 2014). Consequently, acquisition of the standardized operational capability in the collaborative perspectives is good for healthcare.
