The sticker is printed from the EPS System and once the goods are delivered to the buyer then the alert is sent to the EPS system. The third party courier that offers these services is linked to the company through the consignment number. The consignment number is stuck on each package. The instructions attached to the orders are delivery is on-route through the emails help the customers to track the orders themselves. With the influence of the GS1 system the customers are sure with the delivery of goods being transacted upon (Parreño-Marchante, et al 2014, pp 8-9).

As this is a global company dealing with multi channels in the delivery of goods, the GS1 system will help in the delivery of goods in the multi channels in the market worldwide. This is enhanced by the global standards that the system sets for the operations. The standards of the system will help the company in channeling work force in the correct and desired ends of production. The system provided automatic identification standards that are designed to work with the barcodes in the company products. Once these barcodes are identified in the market then the security and quality of the products are trusted and thus high sales. All the information is linked to the computer and software systems that once any delivery or sale is made then the alert is sent to the EPS system of the company which produced the product (PR 2014, p 12).

The GS1 system contain Communication Standards that contain data that is fed to the company’s EPS that acknowledges the completion of a business transaction of any product. This information is stored on the company EPS system and can be used as point of reference to the status of the shirt that your company produces (Jörg 2014, p 54). This system also deals with the visibility information on the product. This will inform the company on events such as loading of the shirts onto the ships or ports, item arrived at the points of delivery, items inspected and also to enable the data sharing between the trading partners. This is highly significant that both the producer and the buyer are informed on the status of the commodity being transacted on (Mena 2014, 13).
