The discrimination scenarios exist in the following forms: gender, age, race, faith, national origin, or disability discriminations. The gender discrimination exists because the manager knows that the construction jobs require a lot of energy, and this is only exhibited in men and that women do not have the power to execute such jobs. This discrimination form discrimination is exposed and condemned in ‘The Civil Rights Act of 1991’. Racial discrimination takes place because the black men have never been in the company and that the three in the interview were to feel uncomfortable and that the company had no black men. This is allied to the law; Title II of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008.

The religion discrimination existed due to the reason that the services of the Jewish employee were not tapped every Friday afternoon, and this was linked to under productivity of the company. The age discrimination was associated with health complications of the aging applicants as compared to the twenty-six year old lady who was still healthy and energetic to fully attend to the job. This is linked to the law on Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967. National originality discrimination is explained to have happened due to difficulty in communication in the job place. This is associated with Title II of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008. The disability discrimination to the disabled person is associated with the fact that the company is not equipped with the amenities to handle the disabled person. This form of discrimination is associated with The Rehabilitation Act of 1973. It is also related to Title I and Title V of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990. “The Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008” also influences decisions based on disability (Peter, 2004).

Conclusion
Different people have been discriminated based on several reasons related to their; religion, gender, nationality, race, age and disability. The challenge is some of the reasons as to why they were discriminated were genuine and convincing. The laws should be strict enough to reduce the conditions under which discriminations in the workplace occur (Peter, 2004).
