One of the biggest challenges is to overcome the barriers that lead to resistance to the application of these practices. Cultural and structural orientations are very crucial enhancing the success of the application of any practice. Consequently, all healthcare organizations should strive to create a conduce environment for the application of the best practices. Transition of practice is one of the most complex endeavors in healthcare service delivery. Therefore all healthcare service providers and the administrators have a big role to play in enhancing the application of these practices (Cullen, & Adams, 2012).

In my organization, there are various factors that have threatened the application of evidence-based practices. This includes acceptance of the practices. This has led to a lot of resistance from the healthcare staff. Lack of sufficient knowledge and wisdom is another threat to the application of these practices. This is because most of the experts do not have the educational and practical competence to apply the practices professionally. Lack of proper information on the application of these practices is very dangerous. This is because it may lead to the commitment of serious mistakes that may lead to massive errors.

Nurses are very crucial players in the healthcare team. Therefore, nurses have a very big role to play in promoting the acquisition and the use of evidence-based practices. In order to reduce the level of resistance and advance smooth progression into the use of the evidence-based practices, nurses should increase the level of health literacy in the healthcare facilities. The best way to do this is to advance education and professional growth in healthcare facilities (Aitken et al, 2010). This is one of the best way to promote resilience in various practices. This is through critically examining various strategies that can be used in the implementation of the best practices in advanced nursing practice.

In order to facilitate gradual practice adoption. It is important to create awareness among the stakeholders. This is very important in increasing the level of psychological and mental preparedness towards the use of these best practices. Healthcare professionals should then build knowledge and commitment that is consistent to the application of the best practices. Strategic promotion of action and adoption and adoption of the best practices should then be introduced into the system. This can be through pursuing sustained and integration into the existing system (Cullen, & Adams, 2012).

One of the ways nurses can increase the chances of effective application of the best practices is through increasing the level of confidence in the best practices (Estrada, 2009). This is through building sufficient authenticity in the research finding. These practices should be formulated from a valid and objective research activity so as to enhance their probability of increasing the quality of healthcare services (Aitken et al, 2010). Nurses should critically examine all the process that have been applied in the initiation and acquisition of the practices through examining the validity of the conceptual frameworks applied in the practice. The methodology applied in the studies should also portray validity and objectivity. Therefore, nurses are very important in the clinical practice quality improvement initiative.
